What adverse weather is most deadly - hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards? It turns out that heat waves are the most deadly weather disaster. This is according to a recent study by University of Wisconsin-Madison medical bioethicist Richard Keller.
As one example the study indicated that about 70,000 people dies in the 2003 heat wave that scorched Europe.
